 • Wet your belt loofah with warm water. 
 • Place a small dab of your favorite body wash onto the loofah.
 • Gently massage your skin in circular motions.
 • Rinse the loofah and your body with warm water.
 • Hang the loofah to allow it to dry out. 
 • Replace your loofah every three to four weeks.
